Greetings all you exceedingly lovely people!
The other day I had a very real spider scare.
Not only did it crawl on my bed, it was also on my bathroom towel.
Naturally, after escaping something so disastrous with my life still intact, I have some things to be thankful for.
Here are five things that I am absolutely loving (and happy to be able to experience) this week:
Firstly, no Sunshiny Beat love list can begin without a little shout-out to:
Friendship. That little thing that makes the world go round.
Just this morning I was sent this delightful ode to a friendship from my own darling friend, Joni.
The writer explains how navigating her 20s would have been impossible without her best friend by her side and I simply couldn't agree more.

Next up is a very rare variety. It is a series of commercials that I actually love.
I will go so far as to un-mute the TV when one of these comes on, then quickly scramble to mute it again when the enjoyment is over.
And why wouldn't I?
They feature gorgeous men looking very dapper in suits and being exceptionally chivalrous to all the women around them.
If that is the world of Ketel One Vodka, I am all for making that happen.
Apparently, if the video comments are correct, you can download the song for free when you"like" their Facebook page. And, no, I'm not being paid to sponser them.
But if the Ketel people want to make that happen, they know where to find me.
I'd demand the phone numbers of all their male models for starts.

Again, here is another list staple.
I cannot, in good conscience, make a love list and not include Mcfly.
It just cannot happen. I think it'd automatically strip me of my fan privileges and I couldn't handle that!
So, to risk upsetting the universe's balance,
here is McFly's newest and absolutely adorable song, "Love is Easy."
I'm convinced it's impossible not to smile while listening to this.
It's simply too precious.
This single is released in the U.K. on November 18, I don't know what that means for us exactly.

Now a lot of you are aware of the fact that I am likely properly described as an 'old soul.'
I enjoy a lot of old lady hobbies I suppose, such as (semi) knitting for example.
In fact, the only thing I like better than being an old soul myself, is converting others to my ways.
So, with that in mind, it makes me very happy to announce that I am part of a kniffty knitter club!
Here is an incomplete member photo from our first successful meeting of the "Naughty Knitters."
And it's okay, I give you permission to be just a little bit jealous that you aren't in on this.
I've actually been slacking on my portion, but all the other members are cranking out the hand-knit wares.
You don't mess with us and our knitting.

Finally, I'm happy that today is my Friday!
I have two days of weekend to look forward to which will hopefully involve seeing "Perks of a Wallflower" and working on Halloween costumes as well as everything else a day off entails.
I'm excited!

So, that's my list.
Pretty fabulous, I know.
Anything particular on your Love list today?

Lots of Love!
